And, we have developed a unique skill set that allows us to combine the executive and management consulting with our legal consulting.

Most small and medium size businesses and corporations are owned by entrepreneurs who founded their companies. While they may be instinctively good executives and managers, most feel they need executive and management consulting as their companies grow in size and beyond their initial entrepreneurial skills and abilities. 

While we have been assisting our clients with legal work, we noticed that our clients increasingly have asked us questions which are not purely legal in nature but more in the nature of executive and management consulting. We also noticed that our "in-house" counsel work became much more effective when we were able to combine it with executive and management consulting.

For small and medium size companies, where most entrepreneurs tend to be hands-on executives or managers, the perspective, ideas and advices of an outside consultant can be very valuable, especially when such a consultant is able to bring to the table the added perspective of business and corporate lawyers.

A Combined Discipline:
Legal Consulting Plus Executive & Management Consulting

Upon request, our executive and management consulting service is provided in combination with our work as the corporate "in-house" counsel.

There are certain advantages to combining the legal consulting with executive and management consulting.

First, an attorney-client relationship is established, thus all communications are protected as privileged communication, which can be invaluable to our clients. Pure executive and management consulting does not come with such a protection.

Second, legal counsel's involvement at an early stage of executive and management consulting permits much more effective planning. Lack of planning and lead time is a serious problem for businesses and corporations.

Third, executive and management consulting inevitably lead to execution, which generally requires the involvement of legal counsel, whether in-house or outside counsel.

Fourth, the fees for combined services are likely to be substantially less than if they were obtained separately.

We are not a traditional executive and management consulting firm. We do not provide executive and management consulting independently of our legal representation. We are lawyers who really know and understand small and medium size businesses and corporations. Unfortunately, there are very few good executive and management consulting firms for small and medium size businesses and corporations. Big companies have the required financial resources to hire high level executive and management consulting firms, often costing them millions of dollars.
