Mr. Haas, a shareholder of the firm, concentrates in commercial transactions, real estate, bankruptcy and workouts, banking, corporate law and taxation.

Mr. Haas has been working closely with his partner, Mr. Hwang, since 1985. He is a seasoned and experienced business and corporate attorney with uncanny ability to engage in and produce in-depth legal analysis. He is most meticulous when it comes to details.
